Dedicated to holistic community well-being, they provide pastoral care and lead the NA Compassion Food Bank, demonstrating God’s love through tangible service to those in need.

Family Pastors
Focused on strengthening the core of society, they lead marriage workshops and the School for Couples to help families build deeper connections and spiritual unity.
Pastors Elmer and Diana Tavera
Care Pastors (West Area) & Welcome Ministry
Serving Oakville, Hamilton, Caledonia, and Niagara Falls, they provide spiritual support to families while overseeing Healing Classes and the Welcome Ministry to foster an environment of restoration.

Youth Pastors
They mentor young people (ages 13–25), hosting weekly challenges every Friday to inspire the next generation to live radically for Jesus and lead with biblical purpose.

Pastor of NA Rangers (Men’s Ministry) Leading the men's ministry locally and globally, Pastor JanPaol coordinates camps and small groups focused on discipleship and building men of integrity.

Worship, Production & Media Pastors Responsible for the church’s spiritual atmosphere and technical excellence, they oversee the Worship Ministry, media, and production, using art and technology to connect the community with God.

Driven by a spirit of service, Pastor Lucia leads efforts in emotional and spiritual restoration through the Healing Ministry while ensuring excellence in hospitality and Food Services.
